Conax Technologies, a dynamic growth company, is a leading supplier of temperature sensor and pressure & vacuum seal solutions for a

 wide variety of applications and industries.  The company has a sales management opportunity for the west coast of the U.S.A.

Responsibilities for this RSM position are to provide excellent service to key accounts, develop strategies for winning business at target

accounts, as well as select, develop and support channel partners, such as distributors and value-added resellers.  The desired sales

experience includes project management support and industrial sales with strong technical and consultative sales approaches.

The ideal candidate should have a BSME/BSEE or equivalent and 5–10 years technical sales experience.  Travel with overnight stays within

assigned territory will be required 40–50% of the time.  

Total compensation is a 60% base salary with a 40% variable target, which is based on performance to objectives.  The company provides a

competitive benefit package.  Regional sales managers may work out of a home office as long as he/she resides in the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will possess key competencies such as intelligence, integrity, resourcefulness, results orientated, independence,

assertiveness and tenacity.  Prior regional sales management experience is not required, for the strong leadership team at the corporate offices

in Buffalo, New York is willing to develop a loyal, high potential candidate.
