CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL

Conax Technologies, a global manufacturer of industrial temperature sensors and compression seal fittings, has an opening for a Customer Service Professional in our International Sales group. The company is located in Buffalo, New York, has a sales office in China, and has distributors in over 40 countries throughout the world.

The responsibilities for this position include providing full customer service - pricing, quotations, status reports and expediting to customers. Also provide administrative support to the international team. Effectively communicate verbally and written. Ideal candidate shall possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales environment. AAS degree preferred. Familiarity with importing/exporting of products is a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
